I thought you might be interested to know that there’s now a follow-up to John Seddon’s book. Delivering Public Services that Work is a collection of six Case Studies (with a Foreword by John Seddon) showing Systems Thinking at work in different public services (roads, housing, benefits). It’s proof that this approach works.
